DTF makes busts 3 Buchanan residents | Times Georgian

The Northwest Georgia Drug Task Force along with members of the Haralson County Sheriff’s Office worked the case and served the warrant.

Jonathan Waits (61), has been charged with two counts of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, Trafficking Methamphetamine. He is also accused of Felony Theft through Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of a Firearm During a Felony.

Justin Willie Waits and Mary Samantha Rowell both face charges of VGCSA Possession Of Methamphetamine. Rowell is now out on bail, but the two men are still being held in Haralson County Jail.

“I appreciate the work that the Northwest Georgia Drug Task Force continues to do to make Haralson County safer,” said Sheriff Stacy Williams. “Our goals have not changed, we will continue the work to get this poison off of our streets to protect our communities and citizens.”
