Axiom and Big Frog will be able to offer custom apparel prints in their stores, while also expanding Big Frog’s capabilities.

DUNEDIN, Fla., Sept. 19, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More and Axiom America have formed a partnership to introduce Axiom’s state-of-the-art Arcus Direct-to-Film (DTF) printers to nearly 100 Big Frog shops. This agreement allows Big Frog’s to bring the latest technology in garment printing to its customers.

Big Frog was the first to introduce direct-to garment (DTG), allowing stores to fulfill many custom orders while the customers wait. DTF printing is a new option for eco-conscious consumers to decorate their apparel. Screen printers are not required to produce large quantities of orders. This saves time and money for the store and offers greater convenience.

DTF is a process that involves printing on a film, then applying it to clothing items. This produces bright, full-color images with high resolution. This is a water-based, more environmentally friendly technique which eliminates harsh chemicals that are used in screen printing. A 14-inch machine is ideal for small shops with a 3 foot by 6 foot footprint. A larger 24-inch machine offers more capacity with a footprint of 4 feet by 9 ft.
