Epson to Showcase Hybrid Printing Solutions For Direct-to Garment and Direct-to Film

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. – Epson today announced it will be demonstrating its award-winning textile printing solutions at Impression Expo in Long Beach from Jan. 20-23, 2023. Epson’s booth (#2049) will feature hybrid direct-to–garment (DTG), and direct-to–film (DTFilm), demonstrating how print shops can benefit from this flexible solution. Epson will display the latest DTG and dye sublimation solutions as well as tools to optimize workflow.

“Digital garment decoration leveraging direct-to-garment and direct-to-film techniques have given print shops flexibility to quickly adapt to changing market conditions,” said Tim Check, senior product manager, Epson America, Inc. “Epson’s hybrid DTG printers offer print shops the versatility of direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing in a single solution and we’re looking forward to educating current and future customers on both techniques, as well as discussing the benefits to attendees.”

Epson will exhibit the following products at Impressions. It will also offer special pricing discounts and instant rebates at-show.

– Direct-to-Garment: The SureColor® F2100 delivers hybrid capabilities for DTG and DTFilm printing with outstanding quality, reliability and versatility. The SureColor F3070 production DTG printer was designed for high-volume garment decorators and offers high productivity and quality at low operating expenses.

– Dye-Sublimation: The 4-color SureColor F6470 and 6-color SureColor F6470H are Epson’s newest 44-inch dye-sublimation systems, bringing greater performance, ease of use and multiple color configurations for a wider range of print applications. The 64-inch SureColor F9470 printer is among the most efficient in its class and can produce a large amount of product per hour. Epson’s turnkey desktop dye-sublimation solutions – the SureColor F170 and SureColor F570 – offer ease of use with a purpose-built system for delivering consistently high quality results for smaller transfer designs.

– Workflow. The Epson SD-10 color spectrophotometer, a portable measurement tool that allows designers and producers to communicate color accurately, is part of the Epson SD-10 workflow. Epson will also be showcasing its Epson Garment Creator workflow software and Epson Edge Print Pro workflow program for dye-sublimation and DTG printing.
