The New ExpressCutPRO For Digital Die Cutting
ExpressCutPRO, by SAGA CNC, is a leader in digital die-cutting. This new machine was designed to improve efficiency and increase profits. It automates precision cutting of fully-printed rolls of DTF transfers (direct to film transfers), sublimation transfers (transfers to polyester film), window film, paint protection films, sandblast masking material, reflective vinyl and pressure-sensitive Vinyl.
ExpressCutPRO, integrated with a conveyor system, feeds unprinted or printed materials from rolls for cutting DTF transfers, prints and decals. It’s also built with all steel components and comes with a 7” touch screen for intuitive operation and control.
Hot folder support is implemented to load the cut data automatically after QR code scanning. ExpressCutPRO is equipped with versatile imaging technology, which allows for white marks to be used on transparent media as well as black marks on standard medium. Included are USB, WiFi and Ethernet connectivity.
